Online Community Solstice Ceremony
One of my favourite aspects about long celebrated celestial events like Solstice is that we Know there are many others ~ gathered or solo ~ around the globe who are also honouring the cycles of the natural world and returning to a place of reverence within sacred space.
Coordinated ceremony spread over distance creates a beautiful grid-like network of energy and intention. This has long been the way, coordinated not my internet, but by the relationships we have with the Sun, the Earth, the Moon, and the Plant and Animal Kingdoms. We can trust and lean into this knowing and let it carry us.

This year, to respect physical distancing measures, impeded travel, and those who remain cautious, as well as for planning amid the unpredictable nature of waves, restrictions, and their lifting, instead of inviting the community to gather together at The Sanctuary this Summer Solstice ~ I am inviting us to celebrate in the places we are and hold ceremony Together Apart. By creating a blend of real-time connection and open space for sharing, we may step into community or tend as privately as we are called to. If you have gathered or worked with me before, you know my aim is to provide support and structure while giving lots of space and freedom for individual cultivation and tailored practices. |

Our Solstice Community Celebration will include:
- Supported solo preparation
- Supported personal ceremony and rituals
- Offerings here and where you are
- Setting sacred space
- Grounding & community connecting guided meditation
- Energy reading for Solstice time
- Supported community fire ceremony, labyrinth walking meditation, and cairn building
- Invitation to mini card readings, divination, and long distance energy balancing sessions offered by various practitioners
- Feasting!
- Closing blessing and releasing of sacred space
- Integration support for the week following
What does Together Apart look like?
- An online meeting space
In the weeks leading up to, during and after Solstice, attendees are encouraged to engage within a private facebook group space where ceremonial practices are shared, photos will be posted in real time, links to and information for important aspects are listed, questions may be asked, and connection to community is cultivated. - Solo preparation
As always, intentional preparation is highly recommended. You are invited to do so in ways that are meaningful to you and you are welcome to lean into the practices that will be shared as much, or as little, as you feel is right. Videos, articles, and direct support are available for those both brand new and well seasoned to explore. - Group Video/Audio Call
A portion of our evening will be held during a live video/audio zoom call. You are welcome to have your camera on or off, or you may choose to telephone in. Any smartphone, tablet, or laptop should do the trick. No download is required. - All mini sessions will be conducted long distance and by donation or other exchange with the individual practitioner
