Sacred Drum Creation

Drums have a rich history of use during shamanic journey work, sound/vibration healing, dance medicine, trance states, rites of passage, and for ceremonial use of all kinds. I am available in both Squamish and Powell River BC - travel costs may apply. Made from Deer or Elk with Canadian cedar or maple hoops made in the lower mainland.
Creation Details
~ a minimum of 3 participants are needed per creation gathering
~ our time together will be held in sacred ceremonial space with each participant making offerings to the land we gather on
~ we will journey to the animal & tree who gifted us use of hide and hoop as well as the spirit guide of your drum
~ drum uses, care, and any future decoration tips will be shared
~ we will create our drums together and discuss possibilities for their individual attunement and awakening ceremonies
~ I will share information on drum mallet creation - which will be done on your own
~ potluck food will be blessed and shared
~ we will spend about 5+ hours together - your drum will dry over the following few days/week
~ cost per person is $200* subject to change depending on drum size
