Intentionally grown and gathered, this ritual blend is intended for all of our ceremonial needs and as a way to deepen our relationship with the plant kingdom. The flavour is delicate and layered. The aroma, uplifting with full floral notes. Its energy gentle, feminine, and heart tending.  

Our ritual medicine blend is comprised of:

• Wild roses from the beaches of the Upper Sunshine Coast
  Gently heart healing, with a long lineage of feminine tending, and wide range of medicinal applications over thousands of years.
• Lavender grown on The Sanctuary grounds
  Often associated with 'Grandmother' or 'Old World' energy, she adds calming, dream promoting sleep aid, and digestive support.
• Chamomile grown on The Sanctuary grounds
  Like a young girl receiving Mother's care, delicate yet full bodied. Mildly sedative, soothing of ailments both internal & external, and well known to relax cramping and spasms.

• Mint grown on The Sanctuary grounds
  Innocence reminiscent of childhood. Uplifting our mood, energy, and respiratory system while soothing nausea and digestion troubles.
